Jonathan Davis

Principal Agent

Jonathan Davis, a graduate of Abilene Christian University, has worked in the insurance industry since 2004. He has been married to his wife, Vanessa, for over 20 years and they have 3 children. Prior to establishing Workplace Benefit Solutions, he worked as a schoolteacher and coach for 10 years. While he has always enjoyed the process of helping clients and their employees, the aftermath of the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Tx made an important impact on the purpose of WBS.

“We have to work hard to make sure that the employees of our clients

can weather even the worst tragedies.  Their reliance on us to guide them to

make the right selections is a role we take seriously.”

Vanessa Davis

Service Manager

Vanessa Davis handles all claims and service requests for Workplace Benefits Solutions.  Her ability to organize and keep everything working smoothly is one of her greatest strengths.  After graduating from Abilene Christian University she has been a Stay at Home Mom, Special Education teacher & insurance agent.  Vanessa was originally licensed to sell insurance in 2002 and has worked as an agent for Horace Mann Insurance and WBS.

"When a claim is filed and paid, I know that the employee has really been helped and taken care of.”
